The NABC approach to (Stanford Research Institute, US): I already develop a prototype and a business model of my idea. This value proposition model was created by the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and is a great tool to help you better organize your ideas and compare the solution that brings the most value to your customers. To better explain the model, let’s go point by point: Stanford Research Institute (SRI) developed the NABC model that is constructed from four processes: Need, Approach, Benefits and Competition. This is a great way to present status and development plans for a new, innovative solution. The NABC Model has been developed in USA, by the Stanford Research Institute as a tool to structure, assess and develop a project value proposition.

The NABC method was developed in the USA by the Stanford Research Institute (www.sri.com). The NABC approach described here helps us focus on answering these four questions.
